Terms of service

KEY’D is a luxury and exotic vehicle concierge operating in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Vehicles are supplied either by KEY’D or by vetted partner owners on the KEY’D platform. KEY’D coordinates the reservation, delivery, and handover for every trip.

Drivers must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid unexpired driver’s licence, and pass an identity and driving-history review. International licences must be accompanied by a passport.

We may decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion, including after a request has been submitted, if verification cannot be completed.

A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Availability, pricing, delivery windows, and any extras are confirmed by a concierge in writing. A reservation becomes binding only once the reservation hold has been paid and you receive a confirmation.

A flat $50 reservation hold secures your dates. It is non-refundable in all circumstances and is applied to nothing else — it pays for taking the vehicle off the market.

The remaining balance is charged before or at handover, along with any security deposit, delivery fee, or coverage charge shown on your quote.

You must present full-coverage personal auto insurance that extends to the rented vehicle, or purchase KEY’D coverage at the daily rate shown on your quote. Coverage does not waive your responsibility for deductibles, citations, tolls, fuel, or damage caused by prohibited use.

Only the approved driver named on the agreement may operate the vehicle. Prohibited use includes racing, track days, towing, off-road driving, commercial rideshare or delivery work, transporting illegal goods, smoking, and driving while impaired.

Taking a vehicle outside the State of Florida requires written approval in advance.

Daily mileage allowances are shown on each listing and quote. Additional miles are billed at the per-mile rate on your agreement. Vehicles are delivered fueled and detailed and must be returned the same way; fuel, excessive cleaning, and smoke remediation are billed at cost.

Pre-trip and post-trip inspections are photographed and signed by both parties. You are responsible for damage, loss of use, diminished value, tolls, parking, and traffic citations incurred during your rental period, plus an administrative fee per citation.

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, KEY’D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed events, travel disruption, or lost profits arising from vehicle unavailability, mechanical failure, or delivery delay. Where a vehicle becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable substitute where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the date your reservation is confirmed.
